oh.
sorry, snapdragons. you look chilly.
vinca, where are your sweet pink blossoms?
my apologies, decorative grass.
hollyhocks, you look downright pathetic.
lady rose, looks like you had a rough night.
i can practically see you shivering, little sedum.
cottage rose, you were developed by U of M to be hardy. by golly we're gonna find out.
on the upside? three seasons on one tree at the same time. green summer leaves, golden fall leaves, and ... snow.
and in other gorgeous scenery news, this is what my brother-in-law gets to run in for 26.2 miles tomorrow during the cleveland towpath marathon:
oh, and also?
he's home. feeling a little better. battled a minor migraine this morning (fourth in two weeks ... trying to not freak out about that ...), but he's home.

Harper is too cute with the piggytales and the violin!
Brrrr snow! I think I'd like MN except for the snow. It's too dang early for snow!

Snow... I forget how cold it gets up north and how early it comes. It's 44 here this morning and we are freezing. I refuse to turn on the heat. I do really miss the snow and early winter.
I don't know Ryan that well, but seems like a good guy. I met him last year at a blogger meet up at a Conference. I haven't been blogging for sometime, as a matter of fact Mandy and I have been thinking through a new blog with a focus on marriage and family. Making it a little different and taking a different approach to encouraging marriages. We haven't decided when and if we start it, I don't want to get caught up in the worrying about my blog stats stuff.
Your family looks really sweet, hope Marc gets to feeling better! Tell him I said hi
